We take your privacy seriously. Below we explain what data this website collects, why we collect it and what rights you have.

Data controller

What data we process
Through the contact form we collect your name, e-mail address, an optional subject line and the content of your message. Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry.
Our server also records standard technical connection data, including your IP address, which is necessary to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data from the form solely to answer your enquiry and to continue the resulting business correspondence. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and protecting the form against spam.
We do not profile your data, we make no automated decisions, we send no newsletter and we do not use this data for marketing.
How long we keep the data
We keep the correspondence for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and then for the limitation period of any potential claims, no longer than 3 years from the last contact. If the enquiry leads to a business relationship, we retain the data for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Who we share the data with
Messages from the form are delivered to our company mailbox. Trusted service providers acting solely on our instructions are involved in that process: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and the Turnstile anti-spam check) and Resend, Inc. (e-mail delivery).
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We never sell your data and never share it with anyone else, except where required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You may withdraw the consent given in the form at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to biuro@meblewozniak.com.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or with the authority in your country of residence.
Cookies and third-party services
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and keeps no visitor statistics.
The contact page runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects the form against spam and may store a technical identifier in your browser for that check. We also embed typefaces from Google Fonts and Fontshare, and a showcase film hosted on Cloudflare R2 - when these load, those providers receive your device's IP address.
